Terms of Service

Welcome to Agent Mint. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Web3 AI Agent Deployment Platform, including any associated services, features, content, and functionality.

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our platform.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the Agent Mint Web3 AI Agent Deployment Platform.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
• "AI Agent" refers to the artificial intelligence agents that can be deployed and minted as NFTs on the Platform.
• "NFT" (Non-Fungible Token) refers to the blockchain-based digital assets that represent ownership of AI Agents.
• "Wallet" refers to the cryptocurrency wallet used to connect to the Platform and manage NFTs.

When using our Platform, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your cryptocurrency wallet and private keys.
• All activities that occur in connection with your wallet address.
• Ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Providing accurate information when deploying AI Agents.
• Using the Platform in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above responsibilities.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Deploy AI Agents that generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms.

When you mint an AI Agent as an NFT on our Platform, you own the NFT as a digital asset on the blockchain. This ownership grants you the following rights:

• The right to access and interact with the associated AI Agent on our Platform.
• The right to transfer, sell, or trade the NFT to another wallet address.
• The right to display the NFT in digital galleries or platforms that support NFT display.

However, ownership of the NFT does not grant you ownership of the underlying AI technology, algorithms, or platform infrastructure. You are licensing the use of the AI Agent technology through your ownership of the NFT.

Using our Platform involves various fees and payments:

• Minting Fees: A fee of 0.05 SOL is charged for minting an AI Agent as an NFT.
• Transaction Fees: A fee of 0.001 SOL is charged per interaction with AI Agents.
• Blockchain Fees: In addition to our fees, you are responsible for any gas fees or transaction fees charged by the blockchain network.

All fees are non-refundable once a transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain. We reserve the right to change our fee structure with appropriate notice to users.

The Platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, is owned by Agent Mint and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will always be available or error-free.
• AI Agents will perform exactly as expected or desired.
• The blockchain network will always be operational or secure.
• NFTs will maintain any particular value or be tradeable on any particular marketplace.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. However, your NFTs will remain on the blockchain, and you will retain ownership of them.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Agent Mint is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
